Former Navy SEAL Now Focusing on Domestic Enemies

Former Navy SEAL, Benjamin Smith, swore an oath, but what makes this
man special is that he meant it - EVERY word of it. Benjamin Smith
became a US Navy SEAL in 2000 and honorably served our nation while
being deployed around the world in South America, Africa, and in Iraq.
Ben is a highly trained, highly skilled combat veteran who has
survived many perilous missions during his 6 years as a US Navy SEAL.
Even though Ben has completed his service in the Navy and is back at
home in the US, he has not forgotten the oath he swore. The oath of
enlistment that every US soldier must affirm and the oath of office
that every government official must affirm differ slightly, but the
phrase that is common to both is, "I, (name), do solemnly swear (or
affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United
States against all enemies, foreign and domestic". This oath has been
required of soldiers, representatives, senators, judges, and countless
other government officials since it was expanded during the time of
the civil war to include "domestic" enemies. At the time those who
falsely swore were prosecuted for perjury and forever denied federal
employment. Former US Navy SEAL, Benjamin Smith, continues to honor
his oath and defend his country and the Constitution, but his enemy is
no longer thousands of miles away and wielding an AK-47. His enemy is
right here at home. Ben Smith now focuses on defending the
Constitution from domestic enemies who seek to destroy the
Constitution and bring down America from within.During the healthcare
debate, US Representative Phil Hare said he's "not worried about the
Constitution". Also during the healthcare debate when asked where in
the Constitution it authorizes the federal government to regulate the
delivery of health care, Congressman James Clyburn responded, "There's
nothing in the Constitution that says that the federal government has
anything to do with most of the stuff we do." Congressman Anthony
Weiner says on the question of whether there is a constitutional
mandate for a government health care system: "Perhaps not, but who
cares?" Regulatory Czar Cass Sunstein said of the Constitution, "Maybe
we should think that the Constitution has a high degree of
flexibility. Maybe it's a changing and living document." House Speaker
Nancy Pelosi was asked where the Constitution grants authority of an
individual health insurance mandate, she responded, "Are you serious?
Are you serious?" President Obama himself said "the Constitution is a
charter of negative liberties" and that the Warren Court failed to
"break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the
founding fathers in the Constitution". Does swearing an oath to
"defend the Constitution" mean something else in "political
speak"?Former Navy SEAL, Benjamin Smith, continues to keep his word
and now defends the Constitution from domestic enemies who subvert the
Constitution for their own political ends. He does this by supporting
candidates across the country who still believe that the US
Constitution is the supreme law of the land and is not open for
"re-interpretation". Ben has teamed up with the Tea Party Express and
has traveled to places like Alaska in support of Republican Senate
candidate Joe Miller and to Delaware in support of Republican Senate
Candidate Christine O'Donnell and many others. Ben also works with
Move America Forward, an organization dedicated to supporting our
troops around the globe in the war on terror. Move America Forward
also endorses candidates who truly keep their word to support and
defend the US Constitution.Ben is quoted as saying that you are "no
less important than our troops fighting overseas". America that
statement could not ring more true than in the upcoming elections. It
is our duty as Americans to vote and support candidates who are men
and women of their word and will truly "support and defend" the
Constitution of the United States. It is not about voting for a
candidate who will "give you" the most; it is about doing what is best
for your country. YOU have a duty. YOU have an obligation as an
American to serve your country and to do what is best for it. America
is the greatest nation in the history of mankind; why would you want
to "fundamentally transform" it into something else?In Ben's travels
with Move America Forward, he often appears across America with Debbie
Lee. Debbie is the mother of Marc Alan Lee who was the first Navy SEAL
to pay the ultimate price in the war in Iraq on August 2nd, 2006.
Debbie's son Marc had in his heart the honor and willingness to pay
the price for the freedoms we enjoy today. While Debbie courageously
speaks on stage telling the story of her son, Ben stands humbly to the
side holding a sign. On the front of that sign is a picture of Marc
Allen Lee commemorating a fallen hero and brother. On the back of that
sign it reads "Ahoy Navy SEALs, thar be pirates in DC!" I can only
take that to be a message to his brothers and sisters that are still
in harm's way saying, "I've STILL got your back". America, whose
"back" are you covering?
