Nature Worship Or Nature Respect?

The religious community claims to be the sole possessors and
guardians of the pathway leading to God. They look upon the
philosophies of the ancient Hamites (Egyptians) as barbaric and
primitive. But let it be known that the ancient Hamites did not
worship the sun or the moon, the earth or the stars. They used them in
their spiritual systems as symbols of the mastery of their creator.
For what better way is there to respect and honor the creator than by
honoring and respecting its creation.In our modern world, religion
dominates our perspective of God by claiming to worship the one true
creator of heaven and earth. Yet pollution, racism, sexism, crime and
violence have been just as dominant and consistent as the promotion of
the worship of their one true god. No child can claim to love and
honor their parents yet spit on, disrespect and misuse all that their
parents bestow upon them. The planet earth is a gift given to its
inhabitants by their creator to be its caretaker. The ancient Hamites
understood this and thus honored and respected the gift which they
were given.Man and woman, know that to show honor and respect for the
creation is to show honor and respect for the creator. Treat nature as
you would treat your own mother. For our holy mother earth is the
kingdom of God and without all the endless materials she continually
and graciously offers to us we could not be. Thus treat earth well for
it is all holy ground.
