TV Show Review: Dexter Season 1

Dexter Season 1, how I remember thee. I've actually watched this
season three times, along with seasons 2 and 3. I didn't watch them
all again out of "pure love" for the show. I was coaxed into it when I
introduced it to my Wife and Sister. Anyways...moving on.Nutshell
Plot: Forensic Blood Spatter Analyst Dexter Morgan is a serial killer
that kills serial killers.Plot: Season 1 starts things off right, just
like the book, by showing you how Dexter kills his victims. After this
you get to know him a little better by listening to his narrative. All
of your favorite characters are introduced one by one from Dexter's
foul-mouthed foster sister Debra Morgan to his dirty-minded (comic
relief) forensics counterpart Vince Masuka. The plot of the season
revolves around one main serial killer called the "Ice Truck" killer.
Other prizes (killers) are taken by Dexter periodically throughout the
season but Ice Truck is the main one.Why You Should Watch: I always
tell people to get on YouTube and watch the first episode or at least
the first 10 minutes of it because that is all it takes too hook you
for good. That's all it took for me because once I watched the first
10 minutes, I HAD to have more so I immediately went and obtained
seasons 1-2. Four days later, I was onto season 3 and the rest is
history. Basically what I'm saying is..."WATCH THIS SHOW!"Family
Rating: It's a show about a serial killer that kills serial
killers...I probably wouldn't let Junior watch it without discretion.
