customer support in much the same way as their end-clients would need.

electronics, it is possible that there will be problems with the
consignment. Therefore the drop shipping supplier has to ensure that
there are adequate means of communication that allow the client to
raise queries. They might also be allowed to make suggestions about
the future direction of the business. This is where customer service
is extended to the merchants in order to ensure that they remain loyal

escalateThe advantage of good customer care is that it allows the
supplier to deal with any queries before they escalate. For example
the merchant might to get an update on a delivery date so that they
can respond to a customer inquiry. If this information is not

supplier is not worth the trouble. On the other hand it is possible
that they continue to struggle with the different elements until the
end-user finds it impossible to do that kind of business.The idea of
good customer care is to ensure that the product is given the best
possible opportunity to fulfill the customer requirements. Some of the
requests that are made are onerous but the merchant has to be prepared
to go that extra mile in order to ensure that their customer is happy.
If they are not willing to go the extra mile then the competitors will
take their place within that segment. That would be an unfortunate
outcome. It is important that the merchant is able to access good
support from different sources.The business of drop shipping involves
very many people. Therefore it is imperative that all these parties
are prepared to discuss the issues with candor if there is a problem.
The coordinating role tends to fall on the merchant. At the same time
the merchant needs the cooperation of clients and suppliers before
they can improve the performance of their projects. It is to the
detriment of the merchant if they are unable to deliver the service
requirements according to the client requests. In order to do this
they will need the manufacturer to produce good quality products in
time. That is the essence of customer care for drop shipping
merchants.
