The Wikileaks Debacle - What Have We Learned?

Essentially what has happened can be summarized in simple terms.A
government exists, although what it is actually DOING (as opposed to
what it SAYS it is doing) few people are quite sure.The government
contains within its ranks some persons and groups who engage in
actions they would rather people in general did not know about. They
would rather people did not know about them because they violate the
mores and customs of the society and the constitution and laws that
uphold those mores and customs. Those acts are essentially criminal
acts of greater or lesser magnitude.This is not a new phenomenon and
is certainly not unique to the United States. The resources, power and
influence of the group known as "the government" make it a primary
target for those whose inclination is to achieve selfish or
destructive advantage over their fellow men.Governments have tended to
have no internal quality control or corrective function, and a weak
internal ethic deriving from an absence of clearly stated purpose or
end-product.That in turn means there is little or no effective
internal administrative machinery or policy for detecting and removing
criminal subversion. A group that does not have a clear idea of what
it exists for and what it is supposed to be doing is easily subverted
by groups who do have a strong, if nefarious, purpose - just as a
ball-bearing factory whose staff do not know that its ball-bearings
should be round will not detect and correct square ball-bearings when
they being to appear on the production line.This infiltration by
criminals - tantamount to the invasion of a healthy organism by a
virus for which it has no antibodies - leads government steadily into
more and more criminal actions. This has brought about the death of
virtually every government known to man and has given government a bad
name.A government infiltrated by persons of such criminal disposition,
where such criminal types manage to obtain positions of power and
influence, increasingly and over a period of time begins to act as if
it were a criminal group. As an entity its hands become increasingly
dirty. It thus builds up more and more "secrets" that it dare not come
clean about and which it feels it must withhold from the governed.This
occurs even though the majority of the people within the ranks of the
group called "the government" are themselves good people and not
criminals and wish to do a good, honest job of governing. They find
themselves, however, caught up in the machinery of a group that has
gradually been subverted by and fallen into the hands of criminal
persons.One of those good people, dismayed by the increasingly
unethical behavior of his or her government towards both the governed
and other nations and their governments, decides that the governed
should be informed as to what individuals and groups within government
have been saying and doing in secret.He or she passes on documentation
of said unethical activity to the whistle blower website,
Wikileaks.Wikileaks passes on the information to the general public.
In so doing it upsets criminal persons and groups inside the group
called government who did not want their words and deeds to be
known.Unethical persons within the government are embarrassed and
annoyed. Honest persons within government find that their job in the
resultant turmoil just got harder. Unethical persons within other
governments profess to be offended by actions not all that dissimilar
to actions they themselves have been doing.Utopian planners seeking to
bring about a single totalitarian government of the planet rub their
hands with glee at the prospect of this further discrediting of
national governments.The proxies of said Utopian planners within the
government use the turmoil that has been created as a justification of
the further criminal act of depriving honest citizens of their rights
of access to truthful information and free communication.Somewhere not
too far up the line lies the argument that the "only solution" lies in
a single global government to "keep all these wayward governments in
line.""Government" reacts as governments in the hands of anti-social
elements always do: savagely. It compounds its original criminal acts
by further criminal acts in an effort to silence the source of its
exposure and to frighten others away from doing the same.Thus we see
further lawlessness - the whipping up of lynch-mob hysteria - on top
of the original lawlessness.Certain politicians, in an egregious abuse
of their position, illegally incite the murder of the Wikileaks
director.The meaning of the highly emotive word "terrorist" is
extended so that Wikileaks can be thus designated. Draconian laws that
sidestep constitutional protections, purportedly so as to combat
organizations who engage in indiscriminate slaughter, can now be
applied arbitrarily to anybody who annoys the government.Private
companies such as web hosting and credit card providers are
pressurized by government to "take out" Wikileaks and thus remove from
the scene, without recourse to law or justice, an organization
communicating to the population material the government does not want
the population to know.In this climate of compounding disorder, fueled
and exemplified by the very organization that MUST set a good example
of proper conduct, the government itself, people naturally and
predictably become upset.Other lawless elements are quick to enter the
scene with further lawless actions of their own, which they "justify"
by blaming the government's actions. Thus the discreditable conduct
and the disorder it engenders spread.Such shadowy criminal groups as
Anonymous now enter their own brand of destruction into the scene by
hacking into credit card providers' websites and disrupting their
operations.As usual the losers in all this are honest citizens seeking
to go about their business and who are further deprived of a calm and
safe environment in which to do so.Anonymous and other shady groups
(and we should all be suspicious of faceless groups whose members,
affiliations, purposes and backers are hidden and whose actions are
sly sabotage) actively strengthen the hand of those in government who
wish to further limit the freedoms of the citizen. They do so by
spreading the chaos that will provide excuses for the planned
"control" of the open communication lines of the internet.Thus, chaos
and confusion spread and government moves further out of communication
with the people. And our civilization edges closer to revolt.It would
be timely then to re-iterate where Unite and Win International stands
on all this.The purpose of Unite and Win is to openly spread the idea
of unity among all honest people and groups of good will.By achieving
a united front, such groups will then possess the combined strength
necessary to make government listen to the people and serve all the
people, restoring the orderly communication of government with the
governed.By so doing such a united front will be able to rescue
government from the clutches of criminal vested interests whose voices
whisper in its head and which have progressively severed communication
between government and the other people and groups of the society.By
restoring true communication between the people and their government,
we will restore affinity between the people and their government,
restore government to its true role of service of all the people,
restore a sense of co-action between government and the people and
agreement as to what government is supposed to be doing for whom and
how.Furthermore by rehabilitating government and placing it in
alliance with the people, we will rob other destructive groups of
excuses to misbehave by depriving them of the "justification" of
misconduct by government.Our purpose therefore is to bring about the
communication that will AVERT chaos and revolt and restore government
and the society it serves to good health.Disorder was never handled
and never will be handled by entering more disorder into it
