Repeat three times.Urdhva Mukha Svanasana or Upward Facing Dog: Laying
flat on the floor, place the hands next to the stomach with fingers
splayed wide. Slowly push upwards until the arms are straight and

for the full posture. Hold for eight breaths and carefully lower
