As a blogger, you want to be able to reach your audience and connect
with them in a way that is special and unique. However, many bloggers
don't understand that the RELATIONSHIP between you and your reader is
the most important thing that will establish your reputation on the
internet. Here are the 5 Deadly sins to avoid if you are to be
successful in the skill of blogging.1. Plagiarism: Plagiarism is the
biggest "no-no" inside of Internet Marketing. When you directly copy
someone else's work it's not only unprofessional, but it makes you
lose credibility and originality. People want to follow those who
create content from the heart and truly care about them. It is
perfectly acceptable to "spin" content, but copying someone flat out
is definitely not the way to be successful and it makes you a fraud.2.
Paying Attention To Detail: One pair of eyes will often deceive you.
This is why you need an extra "good" pair of eyes to help you out.
Writing the word "the" can often be written as "hte". Writing " I am a
network marketer" can be written as " I ma a network marketer". My
point is that once your write your post or article make sure to proof
read it thoroughly! This gives you more credibility and respectability
in the world of online marketing.3. Staying Consistent: Many bloggers
do not stick to what their intended niche is! For example, if you are
in the promotion of boats, you would not blog about the sale of ice
cream! Knowing your niche and providing your market with what it wants
is the key to being noticed and loved in internet marketing arena.4.
Going Viral: Many people have blogs with the hope that someone else
will notice it without exposing it! That's like discovering a new land
and keeping it all to yourself with the hope of others following you
there! If you have a blog it is important that you go viral. Once you
blog about a post, put it on sites like Facebook, Twitter, Digg and
Stumbleupon; etc. You can get widgets for them if you have a WordPress
blog. Just remember to spread the love and the love will be
returned!5. Leaving Your Comments Unanswered: This is, in my opinion,
one of the BIGGEST mistakes that can happen. Network/Internet
Marketing is all about building a list, but it is also about building
a RELATIONSHIP with that list. If you don't respond to someone who has
commented on your blog post it comes off as rude and selfish. Make
sure to do the same for them because the Universe is truly based on
the Law Of Reciprocity. What you give in this business you WILL GET
BACK...TENFOLD!Avoid these 5 Deadly Sins and you will begin to notice
how your name will be more recognized over the World Wide Web. After
this, you'll be well on your way to the top!
