Watch Out! Mercury Retrograde Is Coming December 10th

MR is coming. Mercury goes retrograde Friday December 10th 2010 at
4:06 AM PST through Wednesday December 29 at 11:21 PM PST.Mercury
appears to go retrograde three times a year. Personally, I call these
periods MR, short for Mercury retrograde, or maybe Mental Retardation
(;>). Of course it doesn't really go backwards, it just appears that
way from Earth's viewing angle.Here is the basic advice: if possible,
avoid signing contracts during MR. If you must do a contract, take
your magnifying glass and be sure to actually read the fine print! If
you are planning travel, make contingency plans for delayed flights
and possible missed connections. If you know that potential
obstructions are out there, you can be prepared. If some weird thing
happens, you can always invoke the magic phrase: "Oh well, what was I
thinking? It's just MR", (and it will be over in less than 3
weeks.)...Don't screw up and start new stuff during MR. Couldn't it
wait for the launch? MR is actually good for catching up on unfinished
business, getting reorganized, going on retreat, reviewing those
things to be started in the future after Mercury goes direct, and
refining those plans. This MR will be tougher on those of us with Sun,
Moon or ascendant in the earth signs of Taurus, Virgo, or especially
Capricorn. Do not click send without reading the email. Double check
to whom you are sending it.On the first, and last day of a MR period,
watch out for really stupid driving, including your own. Pay
attention! These are the days we arrive at work, and can't remember
driving there. Did you run any red lights?MR is probably not the best
time for elective surgery. Mercury rules the hands (including your
surgeon's); whoops!MR is actually a good time for reflection,
research, review, re-creation, and if you're not careful, re-doing.

device, a car or a sign a contract for a house during MR.The MR
periods for 2011 are March 30 through April 23, August 3-26, and
November 24 though December 13.
