Japanese Detox Patches

When I first got sick I was quick to try any and all "miracle"
treatments that I had heard or read about and one of those miracle
treatments was foot detox patches. It may seem an odd thing to do,
taping patches to the bottom of your feet at night. Do they really
draw toxins out of your blood stream and organs or is it a complete
hoax? There are several companies that produce these patches, using
some common ingredients such as different types of vinegars,
tourmaline, mushrooms and then some companies get pretty creative with
other ingredients. My first purchase was a variety pack, which some
of the manufacturers offer. The patches had a woodsy aroma, filled
with fine particles, approximately 2 1/4" by 3 1/2" in size. At the
different web sites some have a list of the ingredients in each patch
and what conditions they target. If you need to lose a few pounds they
have a patch for that, if you need to lose over twenty-five pounds,
they have another patch for that. Liver problems, fibromyalgia,
constipation, skin problems, age spots, high blood pressure, the list
goes on and on for what patch or patches you might use according to
your health challenges. Several sites also have reflexology foot
charts to show where to place the patches to target your ailment. They
also have a choice of tape, both being medical grade hypoallergenic
adhesive tapes used to hold the patches in place. One a basic white
tape and the other is a carbon-titanium tape. The web site states that
carbon is a conductor of bio-electricity and when combined with
titanium it stimulates and balances the natural bio-electrical flow in
our bodies. They also state that when our bio-electrical flow is
restored muscles relax and blood circulation increases possibly
leading to relief of pain and more flexible movement. My first
experience with using the patches, gave me no noticeable results, but
being a canary I was pleased to find that I had no adverse affects
either. Taping the patches to the bottom of my feet and wearing a pair
of socks to help keep them in place was easy enough. At first getting
used to the feel of them was a bit uncomfortable but I soon got used
to it. Wearing the patches for eight hours, some mornings the patches
would be completely soaked and other times just a little bit. I do
think there might be a correlation with how much water you drink
during the day. After going through my sample variety pack, I found a
place on their web site where you can ask questions regarding your
personal issues. After several days they gave me comprehensive
instructions of which patches to use, where to place them, the
frequency of using them and what I could expect them to do. I followed
their instructions and soon found I was feeling better, less pain and
stiffness also one of my problems is broken veins and blood pooling
near my ankle, after a month or so the excess blood disappeared and
the extreme heat that had generated in that area was gone.It is not my
intention in this article to recommend one company over another as I
have not done a complete study or used all the different brands
available. I would, however, recommend that you do a search and read
what each company offers, how thorough they are in explaining their
products and whether or not they offer customer support that will
answer your individual needs. For some reason I stopped using them,
perhaps it was during the summer when wearing socks can make ones feet
too hot or perhaps I just lost focus, at any rate they were set aside
until recently. Most of this year I have experienced dizziness, unable
to drive and sometimes unable to even take a walk. One evening I
decided to try the patches again and within a week I had a day with no
dizziness! I just put in another order...
